Well, it’s been a while and I have somewhat neglected my blog in favour of work and a 20,000 word dissertation on the eighteenth century Royal Navy. Since I last posted we have been in a COVID induced lockdown and life has definitely not slowed.

I have changed jobs, and am now back doing the work I love most. I am nearing the end of my MA (as long as the archives reopen again soon) and I’ve spent a lot of time cycling, running, walking and paddleboarding around a property sale/purchase and book plan!

This is the shortest of posts for those who keep asking when I will be uploading new content to say – hopefully more frequently! I’ll be starting with model ships of all things, later this week.
