Inspired by the success of the e-bike, UCPA and Action Outdoors are announcing a world first course for Winter 18/19: Electric Ski Touring.

Powered by a 2.5g battery pack, the e-ski touring set up allows you to ski tour, without breaking into a sweat. You can update social media, blog, text your friends or make phone calls whilst you ski…

Get those orders in for Le Pub, ready to meet your friends, after coming down off the peaks!

The e-ski system is controlled either by the integrated bluetooth app on your smartphone, or by the voice controlled assistant – SkiRi. The battery can be charged at home or at most electric car charging stations found in most alpine resorts.

The E-Ski Touring UCPA courses will start in Winter 2018, based out of UCPA Chamonix.
