Firstly, this top is advertised in a number of places as both a base and a mid layer, so I wore it as both.

As a mid layer, I was very impressed. It fitted well and was true to size, it’s also incredibly comfortable and the sleeves were long enough (short sleeves is a problem I seem to find a lot, maybe I have clown arms?)

It has a high neck which didn’t feel too constricting and was comfortable too.

The product is marketed as fast wicking and quick drying and this is the only aspect I feel I have to criticise. As a mid layer, it was superb, but as a base layer it got wet within my vented jacket and stayed that way, meaning I had to take it off and change after a while as I got cold.

There’s not a lot more to say about this top really! It’s comfy, it works well as a mid layer and has proven to be very warm on chilly  autumnal days!
